ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 406, 506(i) IPC in Crime No.23 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that A1 to A3 have demanded 10 sovereigns of gold jewels and Rs.35,000/- as dowry from the defacto complainant and also harassed her and the first accused, who is working as a Teacher, had illicit intimacy with the fourth accused, who is working as Headmistress.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is aged 54 years and her husband is also a school teacher and that the petitioner is having two children, who are at the age of the first accused. The learned counsel further submitted that she is innocent and she has been falsely implicated in this case. 4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submitted that both the accused 1 and 4 are working in the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ same school and the first accused developed intimacy with the fourth accused and thereafter started to harass the defacto complainant.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner with certain conditions.

6.Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on her appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai, on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The petitioner shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. Scrupulously.

7. The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
