Respondents/Respondents/Plaintiffs (in both Cases) Prayer :- These Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Indian Constitution praying this Court, to call for the records relating to the common dismissal Order dated 07.10.2020 made in I.A.Nos.78 & 79 of 2020 in O.S.No.1123 of 2012 on the file of The Principal Subordinate Judge, Madurai and set aside the same as illegal.

ORDER:- These Civil Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and earlier order of this court dated 25.10.2021, 09/03/2022 and the requisition letter submitted by the Principal Subordinate Judge, Madurai, vide in letter D.No.1710 dated https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRP(MD). No.326 of 2021 20.07.2022, this Court made the following order: "The learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Madurai sent a letter dated 20.07.2022 requesting extension of further time of three months to dispose of O.S. No.1123 of 2012, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 09.03.2022.

2. Considering the reasons stated in the letter dated 20.07.2022, a further time of three months is granted from today to dispose of O.S.No.1123 of 2012"
