Heard Mr.T.Lenin Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Kameswaran, learned Government Advocate who takes notice for the respondent.

2. Let me not enter into a detailed discussion onthe facts since it is stated by Mr.S.Kameswaran, learned Government Advocate that further process with respect to representation of the petitioner dated 09.12.2021 is being undertaken by the respondent Tahsildar, Vembakottai Taluk in Virudhunagar District.

3. Let the respondent proceed further with a necessary process and hopefully, shall complete the entire exercise on or before 28.02.2022. Let the procedure in accordance with manner known to law be followed.
