This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to consider the petitioners representation dated 03/04/2014 regarding further investigation in Crime No.580/2011 on the file of the 2nd respondent as per the order of the Honourable High Court made in Crl.R.C.(MD).No.188 of 2014, dated 13.03.2014. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the case against the petitioner was ended in acquittal on 07.10.2016 in S.C.No.17 of 2014.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, since the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
