Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to condone the delay of 289 days in representing the above revision in CRP(MD)SR.No. 7822 of 2017 .

To set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 22.12.2016 passed in I.A.No.338 of 2016 in W.T.O.S.No.1 of 2011 on the file of Principal Sub-Court, Nagercoil and pass such further or other orders, as this Hon'ble Court.
ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.P.SENTHIL, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.
2. There is an inordinate delay of 289 days in re-presenting the Civil Revision Petition and therefore, this Court feels that the delay can be condoned on payment of costs to the Legal Aid. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum Rs.1000/- (Rupees one thousand only) to the Legal Aid Service Authority, attached to this Bench today itself.
3. If the cost is paid today, the Registry directed to number the Civil Revision Petition, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the same for admission on 22.12.2017. sd/- 20/12/2017 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.) Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai - 625 023.
