ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records pertaining to the charge sheet in C.C.No.113 of 2015 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Aranthangi and quash the same as illegal.

2. After making submission, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that it would suffice if the personal appearance of the petitioners may be dispensed with before the Court below.

3. Considering the said submission, the personal appearance of the petitioners is dispensed with before the trial Court, unless and until it is specifically required by the said Court. The https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

learned Judicial Magistrate, Aranthangi is also directed to dispose the case in C.C.No.113 of 2015 within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
