PRAYER IN CRP(MD) No.SR19518 of 2017:- to pass an order setting aside the order dated 01.09.2016 passed in I.A.No.160/2015 in I.A.No.192/2008 in O.S.No.224/2004 by Principal District Court, Dindigul.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.ANAND CHANDRASEKAR, Advocate of M/S.SARVABHAUMAN ASSOCIATES, Advocate for the petitioner and the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 181 days in representing the civil revision petition in C.R.P.(MD)No.SR.19518 of 2017.

2. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and also considering the length of delay, this Court is inclined to condone the delay, subject to the payment https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of cost of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) to the Legal Aid Service Authority, attached to this Bench, within a period of three days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed automatically, without any further reference to this Court.

3. This petition is accordingly ordered.
