In an earlier Writ Petition namely, W.P.(MD).No.9014 of 2021 filed by the fifth and sixth respondents which had been disposed of by a learned Single Judge of this Court on 30.04.2021, it had been observed that the respondent particularly, the Tahsildar, Thoothukudi Taluk Office, Thoothukudi should not take any steps without issuing notice to the present petitioner herein. That order would suffice. The present Writ Petition therefore is superfluous. I am confident that the second respondent would abide by a direction already issued.
3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
