ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.Kumar, Advocate for the Petitioner, the earlier order of this Court dt.05.02.2021 and the requisition letter submitted by the Principal District Munsif, Tirunelveli, in D.No.139/2022 dated 18.02.2022, and this Court made the following order:- This Court by order, dated 05.02.2021 directed the trial Court to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.647 of 2010 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Now, the Principal District Munsif, Thirunelveli has submitted a letter for seeking three months time to dispose the matter and also stated that already the case was posted for defendant side evidence. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
