ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for an alleged offence punishable under Sections 341, 294(b), 324, and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.681 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that due to family dispute, the petitioner is alleged to have attacked the de facto complainant with knife.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the injured has discharged from the hospital.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the injured has already been discharged from the hospital, I am inclined to grant grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Dindigul and on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am. For a period of two weeks and there after as and when required for interrogation. 6.
