ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.3 of 2020 on the file of the Special Court for TNPID Cases, Madurai.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that as against the petitioners, Non-Bailable Warrant has been issued and it is pending for execution.

3.After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioners, when this Court was about to dismiss the petition on merits, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks the permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Original Petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
