2. Pursuant to the earlier proceedings, this writ petition is listed under the caption 'FOR DISMISSAL' today.

3. Position is no different today. In other words, Mr.K.Mu.Muthu, learned Additional Government Pleader for respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.S.Sethuraman, learned counsel for respondents 3 and 4 (State Bank of India) are before this Court, but there is no representation for the writ petitioner.
