This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.03.205 and give adequate Police protection in order to allow the petitioner to reside at his house situated at Muthuramalinga Thevar Nagar, Karaikudi in T.S.No.563 / P.

2.Learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) on instructions submitted that petition enquiry is pending upon the complaint received from the petitioner.

3.The second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry on the complaint of the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
