W.P.(MD)No.515 of 2021 2.The petitioner is a Ward Councillor in the Mudhukulathur Panchayat Union. The petitioner states that she belongs to Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam which is presently the opposition party in the State of Tamil Nadu. The specific allegation of the petitioner is that since she belongs to the opposition party, funds meant for the development of the Panchayat are not being allotted to her Ward. The petitioner has given a representation in this regard to the District Collector on 12.06.2020. Her stand is that it has not been looked into till date.

3.I, Therefore, I direct the first respondent to look into the petitioner's complaint and take action in accordance with law. 4.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
