This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the respondents to register the F.I.R. on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 4.6.2015 within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instructions submitted that petition enquiry is pending and the petitioner is not co-operating with the investigation.

3. In view of the same, the respondents are directed to complete the enquiry within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the petitioner is directed to co-operate with the investigation.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
