ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent No.1 to transfer the case in Crime No.11 of 2011 pending on the file of the respondent No.4 and entrust the same to the second respondent for securing the accused conducting effective investigation and to file final report in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.
