ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the second respondent to not to harass the petitioners and his family members under the guise of enquiry.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner CSR No. 292 of 2024 was assigned and the same was closed on 30.12.2024.

3. In view of the fact that the enquiry has been conducted and closed no further order is required to be passed and the Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
