(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) Learned Central Government Senior Panel Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2 made a submission that licence granted to the Madurai Urban Co-operative Bank Ltd., was cancelled long back by the Reserve Bank of India.

2. Learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents 3 and 6 made a submission that the said bank is not functioning as of now.

3. Thus, the cause of action did not exist and therefore, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, are closed.
