O R D E R

This petition has been filed to order transfer of investigation in Crime No.29/2014 on the file of the 3rd Respondent to any other competent authority for fair investigation and for filing final report in accordance with law.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the case against the petitioner was ended in acquittal, on 03.03.2015, before the Judicial Magistrate, Keeranur, in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ C.C.No.87/2014.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, since the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
