This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent police not to interfere in the civil dispute and not to harass the petitioner and her family members in the name of the enquiry.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that it is a case and case in counter. Further, it is a family dispute. The issue was enquired and the same was closed as they have entered into compromise.
