C O M M O N O R D E R These Writ Petitions have been filed as against the order passed by the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.548/2009 (Mineral), dated 08.12.2009 and Na.Ka.No.363/2010 (Mineral), dated 12.07.2010, granting permission to quarry red soil in Survey No.349 at Periyammapatti, Palani Taluk and to restrain the official respondents from interfering in the civil dispute in respect of Survey No.349, situates in Periyammapatti Village, Palani Taluk, Dindigul District respectively.

2.Today(30.03.2022), when these matters are taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petitions and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, these Writ Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. No Costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
