45 of 2010 with in a period of four months, and the requisition letter dated 14/06/2023 in D.No.342 of 2023, submitted by the Sub Judge, Sivagangai, this Court made the following order: "Time extended for a further period of three months. The learned Subordinate Judge, Sivagangai is directed to dispose the matter on or before 29.09.2023 and file compliance report on or before 04.10.2023.

2. List the matter on 05.10.2023.

3. It is made clear that no further time will be granted. In case, further extension is sought for, the same will be viewed seriously. The order of this Court has to be strictly complied with without any deviation."
