ORDER

This petition is filed to call for the records in C.C.No.12/2014 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Fast Track Court (Magisterial Level), Uthamapalayam, Theni District and quash the same.

2.It is seen from the records that no merit in the grounds raised by the learned counsel for the petitioner in support of his petition. The grounds raised in the petition have to be gone into in a full fledged trial. Therefore, this Court is of the view that this criminal original petition is liable to be dismissed. 3.Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed. However, considering the year of the case, the learned Judicial Magistrate Fast Track Court (Magisterial Level), Uthamapalayam, Theni District, is directed to dispose of the case, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is at liberty to raise all the grounds before the trial Court. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
