No.2571 of 2018 Baskaran :Petitioner Vs R.Razak :Respondent Prayer :- Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to direct the Court of the Additional District Munsif of Madurai Town, Madurai to complete the trial in the case in O.S.No.258 of 2008 within a stipulated period. ORDER:- This Petition coming up for hearing on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this court and the requisition letter submitted by the Additional District Munsif, Madurai Town, vide D.No.353/2020 dated 08/10/2020, this Court made the following order: This petition has been listed today for the extension of time for disposing the suit in O.S.No.

258 of 2008. 2.This Court has already disposed of the Civil Revision Petition by order dated 22.11.2018, by directing the trial court to dispose of O.S.No.258 of 2008 within a period of six months. 3.Now, the trial Court seeks further time for disposing of the suit, since regular Courts could not be conducted owing to Covid-19 lock-down.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, further three months' time is granted from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to the trial Court for disposal of O.S. No.258 of 2008. The learned Judge shall dispose of the case within the prescribed time subject however to Covid-19 regulations in holding physical Courts.
