ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents No.1 and 2 to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner and her husband to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.06.2015.

2.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) for the respondents No.1 to 3. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner said to have married her husband by name Syed Ali Badhusha and on her own will, she entered into the said marriage. He further submitted that after due version, there is a threat to her life from the respondents No.4 and 5, who are the father and paternal uncle of the petitioner and hence, the present petition has been filed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instruction would submit that the petitioner is physically present before this Court and this Court also noted the presence of the petitioner.

5.Considering the above said facts, this Court directs the respondents No.1 and 2 to give adequate police protection to the petitioner and her husband, as and when required. With the above direction, the criminal original petition is disposed of.
