To call for the records and to set aside the order and decreetal order dated 10.02.2017 passed in I.A.No.202 of 2015 in O.S.No.117 of 2005 pending on the file of learned District Munsif Court, Sivagangai in the nature and circumstances of the case by allowing this Civil Revision Petition.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.P.E.PANDIARAJAN for M/S.DHANA LAW ASSOCIATES, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2. There is an inordinate delay of 169 days in re-presenting the Civil Revision Petition and therefore, this Court feels that the delay can be condoned on payment of costs to the Legal Aid. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Accordingly, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered on

condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum Rs.1000/- (Rupees one thousand only) to the Legal Aid Service Authority, attached to this Bench today itself.
