Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in these writ petitions and both the writ petitions may be dismissed as infructuous. She has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, both the writ petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
