: Respondent Prayer: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., praying to direct the respondent to register the complaint given by the petitioner dated 25.11.2011 and 6.6.2014 and take necessary action against the accused persons and file a final report before the concerned court, within the time stipulated by this Court and pass such other orders as this Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the respondent to register the complaint given by the petitioner dated 25.11.2011 and 06.06.2014 and take necessary action against the accused persons and file a final report before the concerned court, within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case in Crime No.240 of 2015 was registered by the respondent police, or the offences punishable under Sections 342, 294(b), 506 IPC.

3. In view of the above stated position, the respondent is directed to investigate the case in Crime No.240 of 2015 and file a final report in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
