This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.423/2019, dated 30.12.2019 on the file of the first respondent.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent stated that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police completed the investigation Crime No.423 of 2019 and closed as 'action dropped'. RCS notice has also been served on the petitioner.
