Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to direct the first respondent to instruct the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner on 05.06.2015 and investigate the same and file a final report within the period specified by this Court. O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the first respondent to instruct the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner on 05.06.2015 and investigate the same and file a final report within the period specified by this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the complaint has not been received by the second respondent police.

3. Considering the above said submission, the petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent on 24.06.2015 and give a copy of the complaint and after receiving the said complaint, the second respondent is directed to investigate the matter and complete the same within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
