2.Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was conducted by the respondent police in C.No.G7/144/SP/TEN/GDP/19 and on both parties were called for enquiry. During the enquiry, the petitioner as well as the respondents 3 and 4 have agreed to settle the dispute amicably.
