O R D E R

This petition is filed to quash the criminal proceedings in S.T.C.No.503 of 2013, on the file of the learned Fast Track Court at Magistrate Level, Thanjavur.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side. 3.On perusal of records, this Court finds that there is no merit in the petition to quash the case in S.T.C.No.503 of 2013. Hence, this Court is of the view that the grounds raised in the petition have to be gone into in a full fledged trial. Therefore, this criminal original petition is liable to be dismissed. 4.Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to raise all the grounds before the trial Court.
