ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to withdraw the entire case in Crime No.181 of 2014 on the file of the second respondent and hand over the same to any other competent investigating agency and further direct the said investigating officer to investigate the case within a stipulated time fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), on instructions, submitted that investigation is going on.

In view of the same, the second respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the petitioner will not be harassed under the guise of enquiry and that the petitioner shall produce the vehicle before the Investigating Officer.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
