This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and not to interfere in civil dispute.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instruction submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the petition enquiry has been conducted and the same has been registered in Crime No.313 of 2015. She further submitted that the respondent would not interfere with the civil dispute between the parties.

3. Recording the above said submission, this Criminal Petition is closed.
