Seeking a direction to transfer the investigation in Crime No.27 of 2015, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) on instructions, would submit that charge sheet has been filed and that the same is yet to be taken on file.

dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to appear before the trial court to work out his remedy in the manner known to law and the concerned Magistrate is directed to consider the charge sheet in Crime No.27 of 2015 within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
