to prefer this Memorandum of Civil Revision Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India against the Order and Decretal Order dated 30.04.2015 passed by the Additional District Munsiff, Padmanapuram, Kanyakumari District in IA.No.188 of 2015 in O.S.No.4 of 2014 ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.E.V.N.SIVA, Advocate for the petitioner and of the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to condone the delay of 946 days in representing the Civil Revision Petition.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the supporting https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ affidavit filed for condonation, delay of 946 days in condoned and

the petition stands ordered on condition to pay a sum of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to the Legal Service Authority, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai, on or before 28.03.2018, failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed automatically, without further reference to this Court.
