PRAYER IN CRP(MD) No.SR10969 of 2017:- To set-aside the fair and decreetal order dated 31.01.2017 passed in E.P.No.255 of 2015 in D.C.Suit.No.2321/2011/V of Sub-Court of singapore, pending on the file of the II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Thanjavur.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.KARNAN, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 243 days in representing the above Civil Revision Petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. Even though the delay is on the higher side, to meet the ends of justice, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered on condition that the petitioners shall pay a sum of Rs.1000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) to the Legal Aid Service Authority, attached to this Bench, within a period of three days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall automatically be dismissed without further reference to this Court.
