This petition is filed to transfer the investigation in Cr.No.92/2014 on the file of the 4th respondent to some other competent authority as determined by this Court. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the charge sheet has been filed in this regard before the Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Trichy and the same was taken on file as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ C.C.No.226 of 2014.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, since the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
