RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.(MD).No.1393 of 2020 in Crl.A(MD).No.528 of 2019 dated 26.02.2020. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.ANANDAKUMAR N, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.BHARATHI KANNAN, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.1393 of 2020 in Crl.A.(MD)No.528 of 2019 dated 26.02.2020.

2.On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the petitioner is complying the condition regularly except during the lock down period and prayed the petition to be dismissed. 3.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) fairly admitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly except during the lock down period and he has no serious objection to relax the condition.

4.In view of the above submission, this petition is allowed and the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court as and when required for interrogation.
