This petition has been filed to direct the Judicial Magistrate,Melur, Madurai District to expedite the case in DVOP No. 9 of 2018 and to dispose the case within the time frame as fixed by this Honourable Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the case is of the year 2018 and the respondents are not regularly appearing before the Court, despite the petitioner regularly appearing the Court.

3. Under such circumstances, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate,Melur, Madurai District to dispose the case pending in DVC No.9 of 2018 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report compliance to this court after completion of the proceedings.
