The writ petition has been filed in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, seeking a direction to the first respondent before whom, the petitioner had given an application under the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007, to dispose of the application in manner known to law.

2.The petitioner has placed grievances against the conduct of the second and third respondents/son and daughter-in-law. 3.Let those issues be addressed by the first respondent. Time limit is given to the first respondent to address the said issues after following due procedure in manner known to law, particularly, after issuing notice to the respondents 2 and 3 and hearing all the parties.
