ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed challenging an order current consumption bill, under which, the petitioner was directed to pay a penalty charges for exceeding the demand and energy quota.

2. According to the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents, at the time of dis-mantling of the HT service connection in the year 2017, the bill for September 2010 has already been paid by the petitioner's company. Now, the company has been permanently closed. Hence, nothing survives in the present writ petition. Recording the said statement, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
