ORDER

The above petition is filed seeking speedy disposal of the suit in O.S.No.113 of 2020 on the file of the learned Principal District Munsif, Kumbakonam, Thanjavur District. 2.Though the petition has been filed for an early disposal of the above suit, this Court notes that the suit is of the year 2020. However, it is seen that the matter has been adjourned for taking steps to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased second defendant from 10.09.2020. In fact, the suit as on date has abated as against the second defendant. The matter is now listed on 19.01.2022. The learned Principal District Munsif, Kumbakonam, shall positively pass orders holding that the suit has abated as against the second defendant, if steps have not been taken by the next hearing date. Thereafter, the learned Principal District Munsif, Kumbakonam, shall proceed with the suit expeditiously. 3.This Civil Revision Petition is dispose of accordingly. No costs.
