PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C., to order to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Cr.M.P.No.12654 of 2022 dated 15.12.2022 by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli, Tirunelveli District in Crime No.73 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Cr.M.P.No.12654 of 2022 dated 15.12.2022 by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli, Tirunelveli District in Crime No.73 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are abiding the condition since 22.12.2022 till date without fail and the petitioners 1 and 2 are the sons of the third petitioner and they are facing hardships while complying the condition and thereby, he would seek for relaxation. 3.Taking into consideration the submissions made, the condition imposed in Cr.M.P.No.12654 of 2022 dated 15.12.2022 by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli, Tirunelveli District, in respect of the third petitioner alone is relaxed and the condition imposed on the petitioners 1 and 2 is modified to the effect that the petitioners 1 and 2 shall report before the respondent police on every 1st Saturday at 10.30 a.m until further orders. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
