When the matter was taken up for hearing on 19.09.2018, there was no representation for the petitioner and hence, the petition was directed to be listed under the caption "for dismissal" on 20.09.2018. Even today (24.09.2018), inspite of the matter being listed under the said caption, and the name of the counsel for the petitioners having been called twice, there is no representation for the petitioners. Hence the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
