ORDER
Heard Mr.K.Appadurai, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Kameswaran, learned Government Advocate who takes notice for respondents 1 to 3.
2. The Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus seeking a direction against the first respondent/ the District Revenue Officer, Dindigul District to pass final orders in the Revision Petition dated 02.01.2020.

3. The petitioner and the fourth and fifth respondents have been engaged in a dispute in that particular Revision Petition which was heard by the District Revenue Officer, Dindigul.
4. Mr.Appadurai, learned counsel for the petitioner stated that notice had been directed by the said District Revenue Officer, the parties had been heard and they had also participated. Now, orders have to be passed.
5. A direction is given to the first respondent to pass final orders on or before 28.02.2022. In view of the order passed, I am not issuing notice to the fourth and fifth respondents.
6. With the said observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
