This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the third respondent herein to register a case based on the complaint dated 25.5.2015 preferred by the petitioner and to file a final report within the time that may be stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instructions submitted that petition enquiry is pending.

3. In view of the same, the third respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
