O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed directing the respondents to register the FIR on the basis of the petitioner's complaint, dated 26.02.2018.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the complaint has been forwarded to the Social Welfare Board and after enquiry, the Board has sent a report that no criminal offence has been made out and the petitioner has also given a statement that no further prosecution is required to proceed with the complaint. Therefore, the complaint has been closed.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has not disputed the said fact. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
