This Habeas Corpus Petition is filed by the father of the detenu, alleging that her daughter, viz. M.Thirisha, aged 20 years studying B.A. (History) second year in Ayyappa College, Sukkankadai, missing since 24.12.2022. The complaint given to the second respondent police has not yielded any result. Hence, this petition.

2. The second respondent police has secured the girl by constituting a special team which has traced the girl in Andhra Pradesh.

The girl is produced before this Court today. On enquiry, she says that she left the home due to misunderstanding with her mother and now she is ready to join with her parents.
