This petition is filed to call for the records in S.T.C.No.527 of 2013, on the file of the learned Fast Track Court at Magistrate Level, Thanjavur and quash the same. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side. 3.On perusal of records, this Court finds that there is no merit in the petition to quash the case in S.T.C.No.527 of 2013. Hence, this Court is of the view that the grounds raised in the petition have to be gone into in a full fledged trial. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.

However, the petitioner is at liberty to raise all the grounds before the trial Court.
